FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedX.
- Free Economy Shipping takes 5 to 8 business days and is offered on orders $50.00 and up.
SHIPPING FLAT RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedX.
- Economy - 5 to 8 business days - $7.00
- Standard - 3 to 4 business days - $12.00
- Express - 1 to 2 business days - $15.00
CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount. You, the customer is required to pay the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at choppypoppys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
